Praying Always | Sunday Service — August 23, 2026 || Pastor Dale
In this concluding message from the series on spiritual warfare and the Armor of God, Pastor Dale teaches from Ephesians 6:10–18 about the importance of remaining connected to Christ through prayer.
The Armor of God gives believers what they need to stand against spiritual attacks, but every piece of that armor ultimately depends upon Jesus Christ. He is the source of our strength, salvation, faith, truth, and victory.
Focusing on Ephesians 6:18, Pastor Dale reminds us to be “praying always.” Prayer is an act of humility and dependence upon God—a continual attitude of seeking Him, trusting Him, and bringing every circumstance before Him.
Through Philippians 4 and 1 Thessalonians 5, we are reminded to bring everything to God in prayer, rejoice in Christ even during difficult seasons, and “pray without ceasing.”
Following Jesus is a daily choice. We must continually choose to seek Him, stand in faith, put on the Armor of God, and depend upon His strength. The spiritual battle may continue, but Christ remains with us through every trial, and in Him we can stand victorious.
