How to Fight Back with God’s Word | Sunday Service — July 26, 2026 || Pastor Dale

Spiritual warfare is unavoidable, but Christians do not have to face it unprepared. Continuing the series on the whole armor of God, Pastor Dale teaches from Ephesians 6:15 about having our feet prepared with the gospel of peace.

The message emphasizes that preparation comes through consistently reading and knowing God’s Word. Satan often attacks through lies, condemnation, temptation, fear, and confusion. When believers know the truth of Scripture, they are able to recognize those attacks and respond with confidence in God’s promises.

Jesus provided the perfect example when He was tempted in the wilderness. Each time Satan approached Him, Jesus answered with Scripture. God’s Word reminds believers that forgiveness is available through Christ, that salvation is found in Him alone, and that no failure places a repentant person beyond the reach of God’s mercy and grace.

Pastor Dale encourages Christians at every level of spiritual maturity to spend time in the Bible each day. Just as newborn children need nourishment to grow, believers need the Word of God to mature spiritually. The more we know God’s truth, the stronger we become and the better prepared we are to stand firm when spiritual attacks come.
